Unable to edit candidate information after resume emailed or imported into Zoho recruit without filling out mandatory screening questions?

I created aprox 12 screening questions on my candidate application in Zoho Recruit.  Problem is, if I import or email a resume that is missing contact information e.g. email address, phone etc. I can not go in and add that information without filling out all of the empty screening questions. I should be able to edit a profile and ad information at any time without messing with the screening questions. They are all mandatory questions on the canddiate application. However, they should have nothing to do with the candidate profile when I edit that profile and try to add contact information. How can I edit/add contact information to a candidates profile when they have not answered the screening questions because there resume was either emailed or imported into Zoho recruit. This seems like a major flaw! How can I resolve this? Have used other ATS's before and never had this problem. Thanks.
