Unable to log in via mobile app, but able to log in on desktop/web
I was having this issue, a repeated issue which one of my user couldn't log in to his account via the zoho mobile app. This is the error:

However, he was able to log in via desktop/web. To temporarily solve this problem, we had to reset the user's password and the next minute he could log in via mobile app. Any clue?
