We recently move our emails to Zoho but where not able to add this user.
We then remove the user from the CRM account and then added the user to the domain email user. Now the user is listed under the Mail Accounts.
However while the email migration, MX mail routing and web login to the user is working fine, we are unable to use imappro.zoho.com to setup the user account on any mail application/mobile device.
Please let me know how we can fix this issue?
