Unable to purchase new domain

Unable to purchase new domain

I have a sites account and am attempting to purchase a new domain. Once I submit my billing information I am presented with the following error message:

We regret to inform you that registration has failed


Reason: Sorry , we are unable to process your request, please contact support@zohomail.com    


I have tried using different payment methods and different browsers.

Please let me know if there is anything else I can do!
