Unable to receive mails from wordpress

Hi there. We have a domain from Godaddy. And a webhosting in Bluehost/Wordpress. But our mails are hosted with zoho.

As we make our website in the wordpress, we are required to make an email admin, and thats we want info@mi33holdings.com as the email admin, and they sent us a mail to that email for us to confirm it. But unfortunately, We didn't recieve any mails, even if how many time we try it.
But we receive mails from other clients to that same mail address, except for for that confirmation mail. Please help us resolve this. Please. Your assistance is highly needed. thank you. have a good day and God bless.
