Unable to recieve emails from client since March 22 2022

Unable to recieve emails from client since March 22 2022

I have been unable to receive emails from an important client since March 22. I have double checked MX records and my DNS provider settings according to articles from the Zoho help articles, but still cannot receive emails from this client with the domain "sunbeltholdings.com". I am able to receive emails from this client using a gmail account.

Please let me know additional steps to take.
