I am facing a limitation with Zoho Sign regarding email notifications sent to customers when a document is sent for signing.
Currently, whenever I send any template/document for signing, the email notification that goes to the customer always uses the default email template defined in the Zoho Sign branding settings. This template is the same for all documents.
However, in my use case, I often need to send different documents (for example, 10 different templates) to clients. Sometimes, my clients request that each document or template should have a different email message or design, e.g., 3 templates should have one email format, 2 templates another, and the rest a third design.
But in Zoho Sign, as far as I can tell, it is only possible to customize the email template globally. I cannot set up different email templates for different documents or templates. No matter what I try, all documents go with the same email design.
Is there a way to send different email templates for different documents/templates when sending for signature in Zoho Sign? If not, could this feature be added in the future? This would really help to provide a more personalized experience to clients.
