"Unable to send message;Reason:550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit"

Hello,
I want to BCC some folks; I have about 90 emails to send; and I cannot do it due to reason: "Unable to send message;Reason:550 5.4.6 Mail rate exceeded limit"

Gmail and others allow BCC; up to thousands per day internally; and externally up to few hundred. May you unblock me so I can send this?
