Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked

I am getting this error  Unable to send message;Reason:554 5.1.8 Sender Address Blocked 

My sent box shows only 6 emails sent today & 50 emails sent yesterday. As far as I know, the limit is 1000 emails in a day. Clearly I haven't exceeded the limit. Please UNBLOCK my account.
