I am unable to complete account configuration on Thunderbird. I've previously had it setup just fine. I modified settings to use imappro.zoho.com, but when it attempts to connect, it prompts me for password. I've reset my password, but still no success. All settings are correct when compared to various config guides.

Any guidance is appreciated.
