I have tried verifying my domain many times but unable to for the past couple of days. My DNS Hosting Provider is from 1and1, and I believe I have follow through the step-by-step instructions. 

Could you please advise what is the issue and remove the restrictions urgently? I have also tried emailing support@zohomail.com but there is no reply till date.
