Unattended Access - unable to connect
Hi,
I am experiencing a frequent issue. We use Zoho Assist Unattended Acess on one of our servers that our support team connect in when we're experiencing issues. They often report that are unable to connect to the server and the only way to get it back is to restart the unattended service. The server never loses network/internet connectivity or goes to sleep.
