Unblock Outgoing Mail

I have send only 5 mails and all the mail is regarding client update date to date project update then also my outgoing messages are blocked.

If i can't send 5 mails in a 1min then it's not good for me.

Kindly mention the reason and unblock my email id hardik@craigigs.com
