Unblocked account still wont work

Hello Zoho support,

I’m having trouble with one account in our Zoho mail account.

I’ve changed the password and unblocked the account from the control panel.  When the user tries to sign in he gets sent to the mail.zoho.com/Unblockme page. The page says “there are no blocks on this account currently.  Click here to view your inbox.”  Clicking on the “click here” link just causes the same mail.zoho.com/Unblockme page to appear.

I’ve verified in our control panel that the blocks on the account have been removed.

Can you help?
