unblocking mail

unblocking mail

I have deleted at least 2,000 emails with attachments and I am still blocked out of my account.  Each time I refresh the mail, the same percentage used shows up.  ZoHo isn't updating the deleted mail/trash percentage used on my account.

I thought I saw a button on one of the pages that I can unblocked the account.  Can someone kindly share that instructions on that.....it's not the section where you put in a code to unblock the account..there is an actual page that a button can be slid on/off for unblocking.
