hi, can you help me unblock my email -

I unblocked it but some how it kept on trying sending emails hence it has reached the limit of unblocking in past 24 hours.
Can it be made operational ASAP?
Feedback - there should be a warning pop up (before sending email) if someone is exceeding the limit for bulk mailing
