Unearned Revenue account

Why the system uses this account?? Balance is zero. all the transactions are related with Acc. receivables, why using this account? I haven't entered any payment using this account, now I'm doing the reconciliation and instead of Acc. receivables I see Unearned Revenue account with the amount received. Please, can you explain me and tell me how can i fix this? thanks.
