Unfortunately Zoho Forms has stopped

I have couple of form shared to my team member. While one of them cannot be opened the rest can be opened in the Zoho form. The one that cannot be opened was indeed able to be opened and be submitted in the past. This one that cannot be opened in the Zoho form app, though can be opened as a published html form and works fine as such.

But my team member preferes to work on Zoh form app rather than on html form because, on html form there are predictive text (numbers) appear as a list hovering over the field which is a nuisance. And we do not know how to get rid of those predictive texts either.

Would much appreciate if you have any troubleshooting ideas
