Unified incoming communication view.
Currently, incoming communications are located in three different places. Emails are found in the inbox, phone calls and voicemail messages are in the todos, and SMS messages are in the alerts. Furthermore, the alerts cannot be filtered by alert type. Therefore, incoming SMS messages can get lost within dozens, or even hundreds, of status changes and other alerts.
It would be very helpful to have a unified view where a recruiter can see all incoming communications in a single place and take action on each. It is extremely important to see and respond to incoming communications in a timely manner. As the system is currently set up, incoming communications can easily fall through the cracks.
