Unusable due to "server" issues but there's nothing on Zoho or Down Detector saying there's an outage

Unusable due to "server" issues but there's nothing on Zoho or Down Detector saying there's an outage

I just started the Zoho trial and I cannot do anything because no apps or even the "contact support" will actually load. I tried to create a project but it keeps giving me the error "server is unable to process your request at this time".

I tried to load the "Notebook" module and it says, "Oops! Something went wrong. We were unable to load this page".
I click "Need Support?" and it says "Something went wrong. Please try again later."
I check the services status page and it says, "All components are Operational".
I checked Down Detector and no issues are reported. I checked my internet connectivity and it's blazing fast. I am using the latest version of MS Edge and a quick search shows the browser is compatible.

Every time I refresh the page, I have to log back in and I don't know if that's normal or a symptom.
Is this just me? I like the idea of Zoho One but what an awful first experience.
