Update: Removal of Social Page Campaigns from Zoho Marketing Automation

Note: This post is relevant only for existing users of Zoho Marketing Automation and not for the beta version users.
 
Dear Marketers,

We would like to bring to your notice the removal of "Social Page Campaigns" from Zoho Marketing Automation.
As per the changes with Facebook's stance on deprecating the Facebook page APIs, we regret to inform you that Zoho Marketing Automation will no longer be serving social page campaign functionality for it's social module. Users will no longer be able to create a page campaign or share it on their Facebook page via Zoho Marketing Automation.

We'll be removing the Social Page Campaign creation feature from the product on May 10, 2023.

  1. What happens to my existing page campaigns?
    You will be able to view your already existing page campaigns but won't be able to edit the drafts.

  2. Can we run social post campaigns?
    Users can run, create and manage their post campaigns without any hassle.
