Updating Spreadsheets

I have a spreadsheet I want to update, and I don't see how to do this. So, I am simply deleting the current one and replacing it with the new one. In Google docs, I could do this rather easily, but I don't see where the option is on Zoho spreadsheets. I am assuming it's there, I just can't find it. Any help would be appreciated.
