The Zoho Team has implemented many updates, but these updates should be optional. Before rolling out any new feature, they should already have a solution in place that allows users to remove or disable it if they choose not to use it.

Just yesterday, they added a new Item Field called “UNIT CODE.” This field is mandatory when creating a new item, and it is also now appearing by default on our invoices and quotations. It looks very cluttered and is not something we want to use, as we do not need to assign a Unit Code to our items.

When we contacted Zoho yesterday, they told us that there is currently no way to remove or disable this field.

Also, our products already have an SKU and a customized Item Code. We therefore do not need an additional code appearing on our invoices and quotations.

We hope Zoho can provide an option to disable this field, or at least allow users to control which item fields are displayed on their invoices and quotations.
