If we start adding and using Zoho free apps, like Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk, will I be able to upgrade to Zoho One (paid) without losing any data?

The uprade is a simple click? (though I don't have "Zoho One" as upgrade option in my account)

Or do I need to export and import data (egg. from Zoho CRM to Zoho One)?
