Upgraded from an iphone5 to an iphone XR. Mail stills works on PC but not on XR.

Upgraded from an iphone5 to an iphone XR. Mail stills works on PC but not on XR.

Upgraded at the ATT store. Didn't think about checking my ZOHO mail then. Now, when I go into settings and try to enter a ZOHO password, all I every get is the following message:


"The IMAP server "imap.zoho.com" is not responding. Check your network connection and that you entered the correct information in the "incoming Mail Server" field.

When I key in "password" then hit return I get 'Verifying',and after a while, the message above.
I have no idea as to what to do.
