Upload a specific sheet in a workbook

How do I, using Zoho Sheet Upload API upload a specific sheet (say sheet number 3) to a workbook which has more than 1 (say 5) sheets? I couldn't find a reference in https://apihelp.wiki.zoho.com/Upload-APIs.html .
