Appreciate support reviewing this urgently. I am a Priority Support member and need immediate clarification on a recurring issue involving the ChatGPT extensions inside Zoho Desk.
Both extensions — including the version created and published by Zoho — are returning the same error:
“Project does not have access to model ‘gpt-3’.”
I have a valid OpenAI API key and the connection is active, but the extension continues calling the deprecated gpt-3 model. OpenAI no longer allows access to that model on new API keys, which breaks ticket prediction and reply assistance.
I need to know:
Is there an updated Zoho GPT extension that supports current OpenAI models (gpt-4o, gpt-4o-mini, gpt-3.5-turbo, etc.)?
Is Zoho aware that the current Desk extension is hard-coded to gpt-3 and no longer functional?
What is the recommended fix or updated plugin?
Should I disable the extension and wait for a new Zoho-supported model update?

I need confirmation that my Desk instance can support current GPT models.
