**URGENT: Disabled incoming mail!

Hello,

We use zoho for business and I accidentally disabled one of our email accounts receiving incoming messages. It does not let me switch it back and it says that the option is "only available to paid users".

 The email that needs to be fixed is harman@viscerin.com. I tried calling Zoho support, but no one ever picked up. Can someone please fix this ASAP?
