Dear Support Team:
Incoming email to my Zoho Account CAN NOT be found in Outlook Inbox. However i can found them in Inbox if I use the webmail access.
I do not expect to use web mail to read or write emails. I want to keep using Outlook. I noticed on the community group these issue is also bothering some other users some days ago, so I expect you can reply with a solution as fast as possible this weekend at most.
