Urgent Password Reset but zoho representative STILL NO REPLY

Urgent Password Reset but zoho representative STILL NO REPLY

It has been two days but there is no REPLY from ZOHO TEAM for a password reset. We have already provide all the required documents they need on their last email however we haven't hear from them after that. We need to reset the password on our admin account as soon as possible for our business to keep going.

We are all disappointed on this issue.
