URGENT problem - Zoho Subscriptions charging cancelled subscriptions
We have a serious problem this morning with customers being charged even though their subscription has been cancelled.
This is extremely concerning and we have a lot of angry customers.
How has this happened and what is Zoho doing to sort the problem and ensure our customers are refunded?
We will also expect a refund of our subscription charges as compensation for the time it will now take my business to deal with this problem.
