Dear Zoho team,

I, as an owner of email  info@thekingrose.com and  rose@thekingrose.com. I already upgraded my 2 accounts with 24$/year which already paid to you this morning. But now, when I try to use my email as  rose@thekingrose.com and got a notice as below. Pls respond to me by tomorrow. I am looking forward to hearing from you!

My account has been blocked for a week and my business has been pending so far. Pls help to response to me. Pls confirm and unblock me! Any response pls drop to my other email  trucxanh232@gmail.com

The payment already was charged into my credit card by you for upgrade my storage as red lines below.
