URL for candidate to register, but not to specific job

URL for candidate to register, but not to specific job

Is there a generic URL we can give to candidates for them to fill out a generic application so we have them on file?

As a temporary solution we have been giving out the URL for a specific job posting but they do not fit the job description and sometime we do now want to create a specific job to get them in the system.
