Use single sign-on for end customers to manage Help Desk access

Hello,
imagine this use case:
  1. the customer login into our e-commerce using single sing-on
  2. as he's logged in using SSO, he will also be automatically logged in the Customer Portal hosted on Zoho Desk
I see there's this app (https://www.zoho.com/identity-management/ - not available in EU, btw). Could this be a solution?
