user added but not showing on list

Hello,

I have attempted to add email user lmc@lmcdesign.com as a regular mail user with super acct zoho@lmcdesign and get an error saying the user already exists, but it does not show on the list. I have already confirmed it is not the secondary account for the super user. I also attempted to login to mail.zoho.com with lmc@lmcdesign.com but am prompted to setup a domain, which I have already done. I simply need to add lmc@lmcdesign.com under the above super account.  when I try to add the account to the migration setup it says lmc@lmcdesign.com does not exist.  Any assistance is appreciated. thank you.
