I performed some testing today with a new user account. When I finished with the testing, I deleted the user thinking I could simply recreate the same user account. Apparently this was the wrong thing to do. When I try to recreate the user account I get the message "User already exists invitation sent". However, no such invitation is sent.
After some poking around I also saw a message that stated the user still existed in my organization. So it seems that disassociating and deleting a user doesn't actually remove the user account.
Any chance a friendly representative could get things reset so I can recreate this account? Please let me know what information you need and where to send.
