I am having trouble adding a new email adres. I keep getting the respons "user already exists in your org" . I have sent an email to support with an picture of the error and account name, but i havent had any repsons from support yet.
Can someone help me plz?
Edit: extra info, i meant adding a new user/email for my domain that i use in zoho email
