User deletion and creation
A user has the problem that he does not get password requests, probably due to his provider who deletes those messages as Spam. Since it is not easy for him to a) get his provider to change the spam filter or b) change the provider it would be helpful if the admin could receive it or at least change it or at least if the admin deletes the user and then recreates him a new password should be generated and emailed to the new user and admin (as with all new users created).
