Hi Zoho,
- One of my users (Terry) is not not receiving random emails in his inbox (he receives some, but does not receive others).
- Its not in SPAM or Trash, its not being filtered anywhere.
- I have done an email recovery for a specific email on a certain day and made sure it wasn't deleted.
- Upon viewing the admin logs, it says its been delivered to him....but its not there.
ALSO
- When this user searches for an email, it does not return the correct results.
- We looked at his inbox, and then searched for various things from the top 5 emails.
- We tried searching Sender, Contains, Emails TO: the user.
- They either returned nothing or 1-2 emails......
