User Password Change - 'Sign Out From All Devices' issue

Hi

I've recently reset a user's password with the 'Sign out from all devices' box checked. It is not now possible for the user to log back in on their iphone in the outlook app, although there is no issue in outlook or via webmail with the new password. I have managed to set it up in the native mail app, but would prefer it to be in their outlook app.

The blurb under the 'Sign out from all devices' box reads 'All the devices and third party API which you use to access Zoho Services, need to be re-authenticated to continue working'. I am unable to find any option in Control Panel or in the user's settings to reauthenticate.

Does anyone know how to trigger the reauthentication?
