I know this has already been asked by other users, but we are talking about a feature that is urgent and that it must become a standard in the industry.

We need to track down and end up with candidates resumes in duplicate.

Users should be able to do with Lon In Facebook account, or the account of Linkedin, Google, Yahoo.

We did not have many CVs per person, but would have one candidate associad memos to various ads and employment with the possibility of this being updated cv to go by himself.

And we need custom questions per job opening ... whose response would be associated with a score and candidates would be ordered by this score.

Zoho has to learn to look at what the competition is doing, because this is all basic reference solutions in the market.
