Hi,
I have added 2 more users in my Zoho Recruit account. They accepted and the first use was smooth.
Unfortunately, something happened, and now, when they log into Zoho Recruit, they can't see the organization anymore.
Instead, they are seeing a fresh new one (the system did ask them to select between staffing agency or HR system).
I checked with them, both of them have the same issue. But they didn't change their email address which remains the same.
Could you please fix this issue and associate them back to the organization?
