Quick hats off to Zoho Recruit on the functionality of Unique Identifier ' for Duplicate Management for Candidates and Contacts in Zoho Recruit.

I recently added the ability to manage duplicates based on Linkedin profile.  Candidates' and Contacts' email addresses change all the time.  Using the Linkedin profile as the unique identifier allows you to maintain history when contacts move companies or change email addresses.  Works great.
