Using Resume Inbox for first time - so far no luck.

Trying to use Resume Inbox for first time. Forwarded an email with a resume attached from my work email to the default Resume Inbox address provided in Zoho. Do not see the email in my Zoho inbox nor does it show up in Reports in Resume Inbox Settings area. Can you help?
