Can I use a supervisor rule alerts an agent every day at a specific time if they have not replied to a ticket within 48 hours? For example:

Monday at 8am: Ticket Submitted
Wednesday at 8am: Reminder sent to agent if they have not replied to ticket
Thursday at 8am: Reminder sent to agent if they have not replied to ticket
Friday at 8am: Reminder sent to agent if they have not replied to ticket
Friday at 9am: Agent finally responds
