Using Zoho CRM and Zoho Invoice

I am having trouble figuring out how to use CRM and Invoice together. Do they not play together?

It says you can only map "customers" when CRM only has leads, account, potential, contact...

I want the invoices created in Zoho Invoice to be reflected when I am viewing our clients in regular Zoho CRM...is this possible?
