Using Zoho in Google Apps and changing domains

I have a Zoho account with 3 users under a company domain using Google Apps, we have purchased a new domain so basically gone from a .co to .com address and want to either transfer Zoho to the new .com domain in Google  gmail or setup a new Zoho and then import all the data, can any provide instructions
