Using Zoho Sheet data on Zoho Form

Using Zoho Sheet data on Zoho Form

I have a Zoho Sheet set up in Zoho Docs. I would like to create a form that displays data from this spreadsheet.

The form will ultimately be a customer quotation and it will have both fields to be filled in as well as information pulled from the spreadsheet.

Is this possible, or am I better off using Zoho Creator?

The spreadsheet in question was imported from Excel and has a bunch of formulas that cannot be compromised.
