I'm trying to make some Inventory Adjustments and do some Bundling operations for January 2023 (it's April 2023 as I write this), and I'm getting an error I've never encountered before:

What's the deal here?

I need to be able to make these sorts of adjustments for past months to keep the books accurate. This seems to be a new restriction, as I've never had problems doing this before.

This has the feel of new resource throttling.
