I am not sure how to do the below in Zoho Books (or in Zoho CRM)
When I win a project, for example £100,000 value, that will be converted to revenue over a period of months, so bellow is how I would like to report (somehow!!)
- Tender submitted, £100k 'pipeline' (can see this from the Deals Module)
- Project secured, £100k 'won' (Can see this from Deal Module)
- Month 1 - 'Revenue £0, 'Orderbook' £100k (can't get this)
- Month 2 - Revenue £10k, 'Orderbook' £90k
- Month 3 - Revenue £50k, Orderbook £40k
Until Orderbook hits zero (project is complete).
Is this possible?
